Eagle Painting, Inc. maintains a professionally-staffed office which is open for regular business hours – Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – on a year-round basis. Our office staff can review your proposal, answer questions about your project and put you in direct contact with your job site supervisor. When we’re not in the office, our answering service will answer your call and contact the appropriate person. When you call Eagle Painting, a person answers the phone and your questions are always answered in timely manner.
The person who prepares your proposal is a trained estimator. Our estimators receive industry-specific training so that each facet of a project is fully addressed. This ensures a more accurate proposal in both the cost estimate and estimated date of completion. They’ll take all the time that’s needed to understand the requirements of your project and then provide you with extensive details in the completed proposal and customer care form.
As soon as our proposal is accepted, a job site supervisor will be assigned to oversee every facet of your project from start to finish. Eagle Painting, Inc. will be on-site at your residential or commercial project each day, full-time, to ensure that your project is completed in a timely manner. Your job site supervisor will serve as your primary point of contact to answer any questions, and address any concerns, immediately. He will oversee our crew to make sure that your project is being expertly handled and that all safety protocols are being followed.
